The Venue
Dubai’s most exciting new venue - Atlantis, The Palm - has been carefully chosen as the venue for the Russia Investment Roadshow.
Scheduled to open this September, the hotel will consist of two towers linked by a bridge, with a total of two thousand rooms. It will also include a conference centre, 20,000 square feet of retail space and, true to its name, a unique aquarium and water theme park.
It will be located at the edge of The Palm Jumeirah, an artificial island created using land reclamation. This is one of three islands called The Palm Islands, which have increased Dubai’s shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres.
The Palm Jumeirah is an impressive sight from the air - in the shape of a palm tree, complete with trunk and a crown of 17 fronds, plus a surrounding crescent island.
